I really recommend the Continental Home Care. They have a professional approach to their work. They serve in different languages, such as: Russian, English, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, Uzbek, etc. They always help!

Honest review. I’ve worked for multiple home care agencies & this is the first that I actually feel valued as an aid. The office staff is always there to answer questions &/or help w anything. This company has been a pleasure to work for & I’m looking forward to staying w them for a long time!

Great experience with the agency mainly with the help of CDPAP HR Specialist - Raushan, who quickly responses to my requests or questions. She is very professional, helpful and easy to work with. Process of registration with her was very easy and smooth. Whenever the patient needs clarification, we call her and she explains the process and guides us patiently.

I am very pleased with the services of this agency. My grandparents were provided with high-quality and incredibly caring home attendants. If I ever have any questions/concerns, I am always able to get a hold of someone via phone. The staff is friendly and respectful. They cater to the needs of their patients and really work with them to ensure patient satisfaction. I've been affiliated with several different home care agencies and this one was by far the best!

When my uncle’s mother was in need of care I was there! He was close to leave the work and struggle to care for his mother. However Continental Home Care stepped in at the right moment. They have amazing service with attentive and professional aids. The staff is amazingly professional and all coordinators have great attitude. Office stuff very professional and detailed in explaining information. If you tired to looking for good agency, If you worry who will care about your parents or family members, call to Continental. Pretty sure, they try to find best service for any case. As uncle said this agency deserves more than five stars.

My grandma has been receiving PCA service for couple of years now. No complaints at all. Agency's staff is extremely friendly, try to do their best to improve customer service. Whenever you call the agency the directory is very convenient, they actually pick the phone calls up. Definitely can recommend this agency for those in need

Very well mannered staff. Both of my grandparents are receiving amazing service. If there are any problems, the workers address it really quick leaving the client to be satisfied and stress free. Always on top of finding HHA replacements so that the clients aren't left without supervision. Awesome agency to work with and highly recommend to others
